- How long does it take to go live?
- Most contractors are taking jobs the same week. If you send a service list we will load it for you rather than leaving you to type it in.
- Do I need to change my card processor?
- No. Payments run on your own Stripe account and payouts land where they already do. Nothing routes through us.
- What does it cost?
- There is one plan and it costs your business $0/month. A small booking fee is added to the customer's payment, shown to them before they pay. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
- I'm already a customer and something is broken.
- Log in and use the Support tab on your dashboard. Tickets filed there arrive attached to your account and your jobs, which is quite a lot faster than starting from scratch here.
